Best shower I ever had I reserved on Expedia. I had a very kind gentleman at the front desk even call me to let me know that there was still my room available for me even though the door said no vacancy. I’m very happy I stayed here. I slept great the water pressure was phenomenal.
The room was exactly as expected. It was clean. Our stay was extra easy with a hearty buffet breakfast and kind staff.
Obviously not the best but also not the worst. I got a whirlpool room, no issues with the room, the tub did take a while to fill up but was nice to soak in after a long drive from Oregon. Front desk employee was super nice and fast to check me in. Yes the property could use an upgrade but I had no issues leaving my car in the parking lot and it was quiet for a good night sleep. Breakfast options could be better.
They are renovating the property so some amenities weren’t available but very nice place to stay
I’m pleasantly surprised that the experience of staying at this 2 star hotel was pretty good. Front desk Mr Barrington was really nice and respectful, and put in extra effort to help us out. I think he single-handedly elevated our experience just by being him - what a great hire! I was happy that the bed was comfortable enough, the room was spacious, there was microwave, fridge and sufficient places to put stuff. Bathroom was meh… ran out of shampoo & conditioner, and there’s some black mold along the bath. Stairwell next to lobby is inhabited by pigeons so it’s not a pretty sight with droppings & feathers - facility team can probably consider installing some nettings as preventatives.
Decided to book a room on the day of since we were a bit late to leave for Joshua Tree NP. Great value for money given the prices of other hotels in the area. Warm and friendly staff at check-in, gave me opinions on watching the sunrise and was able to switch my room to the second floor right away after I asked; room was clean, very roomy and not too dated; decent hot breakfast included in the price. And the sunrise was amazing - and you could watch it right from the hotel! Stay here for the sunrise.
Treated myself to a little getaway and decided to give this place a try. Nice rooms , very comfortable beds . And I love the shampoo / conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower! What a great idea ! I need these in my home ! Front desk people were top notch ! Only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the hot tub wasn't working . Nice little pool though . It wasn't heated so I this hot desert it was really refreshing. I will stay here again.
I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—plenty of fresh options, hot coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day right. I’d definitely stay here again!
